Cebu is your mapping turf, you have every right to delete anything you think is wrong. ;) > Or I converted my GPS Track to a WAY, and added a Track AS WELL - sorry about that, if this was the case, I can't really remember? Directly converting from gps trace to osm way is not really good practice, there is a tendency to have to much node density.
