Manila and Davao was one of the first city where flickr used OSM data. Now they are updating the maps with a new style. Some sources will come from Nokia's data but they will continue to use OSM in other areas. The current flickr map of Metro Manila is still an old osm mapnik style. It should be updated in the succeeding months.
