Hello World! My first email to OSM-PH if i understand the requirements properly:
1. Have a list of Future Changes - when, where, what. 2. Publish the list somewhere 3. The ability to Track, Assign (or take ownership of), Validate (?) the changes. my additional requirements and nice to have 1. task list should be easily seen or accessible. 2. well published or marketed - need to let the community know there's such a list. 3. manageable - sort, filter, archive. 4. Reminders - calendar reminders that can email upcoming or past-due tasks quick and easy suggestion - a static task list in the wiki that has the fields - when, where, what, who, status. Place the list in the wikiprojectph landing page. but we'll need a longer term solution to manage a large list of tasks that are Finished, On-going, or Future. probably in their separate tables, or filterable and sortable. this goes similar to the "events" page -> http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Philippines/Events Other platforms where we could take inspiration from or benchmark: 1. Open Streetbugs 2. Github 3. HOT Tasking Manager. hope this helps. Carlo.
