I support OSMPH giving a presentation and/or having a booth in the conference.
For the talk, I guess something like "OpenStreetMap in the Philippines: Why Crowdsourced Mapping is Here to Stay" (just a suggestion!) It would be better if we have an idea of the makeup of the target audience so we would know what would appeal to them most about OSM.
