The main OSM map tiles shown on the OSM website are served from 1 main server in London and 3 other servers located in Moscow, Sjöbo (Sweden), and Brisbane (Australia).
Here in the Philippines, we get our tiles from the Sjöbo server along with most other Asian countries. Here's a look at the OSM map tile CDN setup: http://dns.openstreetmap.org/tile.openstreetmap.org.html Take note that this only refers to the main OSM map tiles.
