Below is a sample of the data for Metro Manila. This is a straightforward translation from shapefile to osm file using ogr2osm. We should agree on the proper tags if we intend to import this to OSM. You can load the OSM file in JOSM or Potlatch 2 to compare the accuracy of the data.
