Ervin, I tried OSRM to generate the route from Manila to Nasugbu and was pleasantly surprised to see that OSRMPH now uses the new road in Sta. Mercedes!
It calculates the distance as 94.2 km. By comparison, the route (via google's old road) is 93.8 km. Also, by comparison, on OSRM the route to Nasugbu via Tagaytay is 109 km. Google seems to have problems routing via the Palico-Nasugbu highway ... it can not route via this road. Another error? here is the link to OSRM: http://osrm.at/4rU cheers!
