Dear All *Typhoon Ruby has made landfall over Cataingan, Masbate.* At 12:00 p.m. December 7, 2014, the eye of Typhoon Ruby was located based on all available data including Cebu Doppler radar at 35 km Southeast of Masbate City, Masbate (12.1°N, 123.8°E).
