I haven't been to Baler through Bongabon (only through Pantabangan) but a follower in my blog suggested that it is better that the GPS map routes to Pantabangan instead of Bongabon. Judging from his suggestion, Pantabangan might be better to be a trunk than the one through Bongabon.
