Quick and dirty comparison

alos_30m - red
aster_v2 - green
srtm_30m - blue

On flat areas, aster is noisy. srtm and alos seems to agree more but
srtm seems to have consistent elevation along riverbanks/water bodies.

On rugged terrain, all data seems to be consistent, except that alos
still has a lot of data holes:

A rigorous statistical evaluation should be done, but for now, I'll
stick to srtm 30 (for areas that don't have holes).
