In JOSM, you can load the Strava layer as a secondary background layer. You can then adjust the primary imagery layer (Bing, DigitalGlobe, Mapbox, etc.) in the usual fashion. Just enable the Strava imagery in the imagery preferences to include it in your preferred imagery list. Not sure how to do this in iD or Potlatch. AFAIK, these only allow one background imagery at a time. ~Eugene
