The welcome dashboard for the Philippines [0] is now live, thanks to the instance hosted by OSM Belgium community.
If you're keen to help welcome new mappers in your favorite neighborhood, or regions, do try out the dashboard with convenient message template, or leave public notes about user accounts. You may add your personal message, or leave encouraging comments about their edits. This only takes a few minutes every week or so, and the dashboard may be used to indicate whether or not a contributor has been welcomed, or has responded to a welcome message from other volunteers.
