We are bound by certain terms and agreements, that’s why at the moment we can’t
share our datasets with OSM. Currently we only use a small extract of OSM
(Romania) to render our custom map. A legal info link is present in the bottom
right corner, however adjustments should be made in order to include all the
info you suggested.
PS: just to be clear, the transit information on Transport Urban is completely
proprietary, nothing was imported from OSM.

Nice initiative. Still, if you guys have improved the OSM data why not share it
back with OSM? Also have you included the OSM disclaimer on your website? I
can't see it anywhere (the All data is here thanks to OSM and it's
contributors, distributed over the ODBL or something like that statement).

You can view the full transit network map by enabling the “harta retea

Yes it is pollution.
For same reason we don't use google street view for mapping, it's copyright
enfrigthment, and it's bad for everyone.
We have to make sure our datas are legit, because we fight agains those who
don't respect ours.
An other solution is to ask for official and explicit permission and save a
acceptance on osm wiki.
Anyway, thanks for the direct link, I couldn't find the good one.
Overpass Turbo can help to answer this question : is there railway=tram without
any relation ? http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/3Q2 we can see there is not so much
missing parts.
What Overpass cannot answer : are every lines available and completes ...

Right, what I'm proposing disagrees with RATB's terms of use, but it wouldn't
pollute the OSM database, since any editing would still be done by hand.
