Hello all, First off, allow me to apologize for this mishap: rest assured it is a mishap and nothing more than that.
We are developing some software that has a task to bring the naming of various toponyms back into a certain, agreed format. This agreed format does in fact take into account the rule of the majority, so even in that respect the name:sq tag should be default value for the name tag for environments where the majority speaks the language. Be that as it may, since there is a political situation surrounding the Kosovo territory, the general consensus on "our" side of the equation is that Kosovo should be left outside of our activities, and I guess when we do decide that we would want to enact certain changes, that we will inform you of such intentions, and discuss these at such time. I will see if we can revoke the changes made ourselves, if not, apologies for the damage done and extra work required to sort this out.
