Good news, everyone! I was at the ITS world congress last week at the Stockholm international fair centre and I talked to some people from SL and Västtraffik. I asked them if they could open their data of bus stops/routes for an import to OSM and they were mostly positive :) I need to get back to them for more details before we come to an agreement but it sounds promising.
