It's not necessary to remove it, I've attempted to re-tag "Blocket":
also add amenity=hospital tags to the buildings "inner" way.
Unfortunately the renderer is down today and tomorrow, so we will see

In my understanding of multipolygons the "inner" ways are holes in the
"outer" area. In this case another thing (building) with a hole in it
was put in the resulting hole of the "inner" of the hospital MP, so
there's still an area where you can see through (unless the buildings
"inner" is tagged, then it's filled by the buildings inner tag).
I'm not sure whether the OSM multipolygons work the same way as
other geo-apps multipolygons.
