Hi,
the outer ways of the multipolygon have tags like natural=water ...,
that's not correct, I think that's the reason for the mutlipolygon error.
If there are two lakes, you should create two multipolygons for each
with closed outer ways and the tags for them only in the multipolygon
definition.
