Not sure if it has been addressed by the community but as far as I know
mapiful have links to open street map guidelines when creating classic maps
[1], but not sure if there is a copyright/attribution statement on the
printed maps. From all the images they show on the webpage I can't find any
attribution to indicate that it exists on the printed maps.
