Ciprian,
I don't believe any relations are required for OpenTripPlanner to recognize a
footway that would join two transit stops in the current version of OTP,
routing is based primarily on the topology of OSM footways and GTFS data (stop
locations and routes/trips).

I would suggest posting additional details for your question on the
OpenTripPlanner Developers Group
(http://groups.google.com/group/opentripplanner-dev), since more detailed
routing/transfer questions will likely get more responses there from some of
the folks involved in actively improving the OTP multimodal routing engine. I
believe there was recent added support for a GTFS extension pathways.txt file
(http://groups.google.com/group/gtfs-changes/browse_thread/thread/241013e6216a0256)
in OpenTripPlanner, which would give you more control over mapping the transit
station within the GTFS file itself (instead of relying on topology of OSM ways
for this). OTP Developers Group should be able to give you a more definite
answer.

Hi,

i want to develop the metro lines in my town, and install OpenTripPlanner to
do the routing. In the early tests the algorithm don't recognise the
footway/tunnel between the lines on a metro station. Must i create the
relation between the Node-station and the Way-footway? If yes, how to do it?

The way in question is http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/125382255

Thanks

Ciprian
