It works very well on my sub-basin, 03060101. I worry about the length of the ways though. If anyone downloads an area adjacent to the lakes in my area, they would be pulling in a rather large way, in this case a closed way. Should large bodies of water be segmented and be joined using a multipolygon relation? Also, for the "holes" created by islands will those be easy to add in later when the script is updated to handle them?
