Hi list, I'm going to be importing the "Federal Lands" shapefile ( http://nationalatlas.gov/metadata/fedlanp020.html), but before I do I was wondering if anyone has tagged an area within a closed way that isn't part of the closed way. For example, there are several parks where someone owns land inside of the park. This land is completely surrounded by park, but is not actually park. I imagine it would be similar to how we tag islands in lakes, but I wanted to see what others thought.
