Oh, boy! :) Personally, I'd probably want a lawyer to look at it. Mostly to make sure that what you've given the city to describe OpenStreetmap is in legal terms and done very tightly, legally speaking. *Especially* with political organizations, their loyalties can turn in 4 seconds.
