Hello all,
I'm trying to grab the new planet and it looks like all of
the planet files from planet.openstreetmap.org are being redirected to
ftp.heanet.ie. Diffs and changes don't seem to be however. Is this
expected? Downloading from ftp.heanet.ie is extremely slow for me yesterday
and today (~30kb/s - ETA 25 hours).
