Apollinaris sounds like he has a USA extract. In any case, we really should make one periodically and publish it. There isn't one available as far as I know. I'm sure it isn't *horribly* difficult, but I haven't played with planet files in a while. I'm sure someone else can point us to the "right" way much more quickly than I can figure it out.
