FYI, Georgia and New Jersey have land use/land cover data that has been bulk uploaded. With any bulk uploads, please make sure that the data is appropriate for the area and does not overlap existing data within an area.
State level data is often better (not always, but often) than what is in some of these federal-level data sets. I uploaded the LU/LC for NJ, but only after performing considerable work to ensure that the data was topologically correct and suitable for OSM.
