My quick thoughts are: 0) Again, this is great. 1) I was going to suggest adding the "What brought you to OSM?" field to our signup page, but I see that the ethnio js and popup is part of the bolt|peters workflow. Fair enough. 2) I know nothing about user testing. I'm glad somebody else is doing this. ;-) 3) Test early, test often seems reasonable.[1] The idea being that in one testing session most testers will say the same set of things. Test with a few, then revise and test again. 4) OSM should test the drunk demographic.[2] Some of our software tools get used in bars.
