Yes I too think a few tweeks to make it more US centric would be good, though, to make sure it attracts people in the US with their "needs".
I'm willing to either (a) take suggestions on what should be changed (note that for the English-language flyer we already rotated the globe on the front page to show the US, assuming that the flyer would be used on both sides of the Atlantic...) and make the changes myself, or (b) send someone the SVG and let them work it in Inkscape (I believe it's in SVN already but would have to check if that is the latest version).
Then, for producing the flyer, there's the option of having our publisher sponsor it (condition - our book mentioned in about the same way it is now); this would mean that someone in the US would have the flyer printed (I'd advise on which online print shop to use and so on), take delivery of the goods, invoice our publisher for printing cost plus a shipping advance, then send out the flyers in small(er) quantities to interested members of the US community - all the operational details e.g. how often shipped, what quantities etc. would be at the discretion of whoever does it. - This is the mode we're using in England.
Or alternatively, do it without our publisher, just print whatever you want, wherever you want, and let OSMF-US pay for it. I have nothing against the original flyer being used as a basis for that if someone wants to.
