Ah I take it certain renderers can't parse semicolons? If so are there some details somewhere? Because I want to be consistent in MA and if I end up sorting through the disputes to be able to do villages as admin_level=10 (or something like that) we're going to want them tagged with semicolons as there is a village that is not contiguous with counties or municipalities (but is contiguous with a zip code).
