Most of Thrasher Pike had been deleted, so I brought it in from TIGER
2010, which has better geometry and connected roads. Hopefully nothing
is messed up. I don't see the purpose of the note and line above;
there are plenty of line objects floating around OSM and causing
confusion as it is.
