ITO World has added a new US-centric layer to their OSM suite, Tiger

this differs from the MapQuest tiger edited layer in that it divides the
roads into
three groups:
never-edited routes that have tiger:reviewed=no tags
those that have been edited but still have tiger:reviewed set to no
those that have tiger:reviewed tags with values other than no, or which
do not
have a tiger:reviewed tag at all
