This has been discussed before. Check the "Address improvement through imports" thread on this mailing list at the beginning of November. Unless something has changed, then no it is not of interest. Census addresses are intentionally obfuscated because of privacy requirements. We do not want to touch them with a 10 foot pole. There are better sources anyway.
