http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:access does not seem to differentiate very well. They effectively seem the same, other than destination might refer to specific objects inside of private access areas. http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Talk:Key:access#Gated_Communities ... Note really any help other than what a few others did.
