The OSM UK wiki has a priorities page ( http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/UK_Mapping_Priorities); since a similarly named page does not exist for the US ( http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/US_Mapping_Priorities), we should create one and begin populating it.
