OK, I tried directly from Lambertus's site. I tried the pre-defined state of Oregon from http://osm.pleiades.uni-wuppertal.de/garmin/generic/26-09-2012/98f98a467c2ca93389e891f40b15a33d/ and it worked. The Nuvi 200 recognized it as "OSM generic routable". I'm requesting a custom tile set now from there.
