Jeff, Have you had a chance to look at the data from King County yet? Do they have more current addresses than Seattle? Seattle was as of 2009. Probably not much as changed as Seattle is pretty much built out, but there may have been some changes and additions. I remember the City Council approving "skinny" housing and detached accessory dwelling units (DADUs) or so called mother-in-law units. Not sure if they get their own house number.
