I'm sorry to report we had a glitch with the submission form for State of the Map US.
In case you have already submitted your talk, please submit again. http://stateofthemap.us/call-for-proposals.html The reason was a permission setting on the form that had snuck in that allowed submission only for form owners. This issue did not surface during testing where testers were signed in to their Google account when stepping through submission. Thanks Jeff Meyer for reporting. My sincere apologies for this mishap.
