Don't we already have a parking space tag for individual slots?  That could
be useful for data consumers to try to estimate the ideal parking location,
or even navigate to a specific space in assigned parking situations.  Could
also be handy for presentations for urban renewal...look at downtown Tulsa,
we literally have entire city blocks of parking that are underutilized (0-1
cars per day) and full size Home Depot right in the middle of downtown.
