The hgv tag is used a lot more, but it is not really the same thing. http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/hgv Unless somebody else comes up with something better, I would go with motorhome=no on the road/way. You can pick that tag out in your tiles and render them differently. Thanks Jason.
