I have not contacted RichmondRVA; a superficial review of his latest
edits seems to indicate that he's not creating havoc any more so
somebody must have told him already ;)
(This is another great example why everyone, but *especially* newbies,
should be using the changeset comment tag - it would immediately tell
you what someone thinks he's doing.)
