circumstances should permit me to start attending more conferences in the near future, so i'm looking for an idea of what i should start thinking about attending. my attending SOTM US, and SOTM where possible, should be taken as a given; no need to plug those (in the past, i have only really able been able to make SOTM US, so i've never concerned myself much with understanding what the other conferences are about.)
the basic parameters are Open GIS (Open Data/Open Source). significant OpenStreetMap related content would be desireable. thanks, richard
