so i'm working on cleanup of the mess that are county and state borders in NY and i've hit a head scratcher.
there's a portion of the border between NY and PA along the Delaware River that's in the admin_level 2 border "United States of America". i'm a little baffled at why this should be the case, as i'd have expected the USA border to be exterior ways only, not interior subdivisions. i'm going to delete it from the USA border relation unless i hear a coherent reason why it should stay. in fact, the way should probably disappear too as it's not actually used in the PA/NY border relation. cheers, richard
