Individual members of relations that are one way.  Makes sense for some
situations of two way roads, too.  For example, at the end of multiplexed
highways, here, it's not uncommon to have traffic in one direction take a
short cut off ramp to make a right turn, with the opposing direction taking
the actual intersection.
