But would never trust opening hours, at least not when I can access the
website=

See KeepRight for a Q/C check on the website tag, which loads the given
pages and verifies they
still match the keywords of the node.  This tends to catch out of business
business rather well.

Perhaps before adding more  website= tags, MapRoulette could help work
though the backlog
of repairing out of date website= tags.
