it's a little different in that these other instances are of temporary racing
circuits that probably do not belong in OSM because of their intermittent
nature. for historic ones, OHM can work. for ones that were there last year and
will be there this year, some other data store that's not OSM would be
appropriate.
Maybe make a polygon for the aeroway and run the raceway down its centerline?
