Does anybody know how the newer Northeast Regional Amtrak trains (71, 88, 125, 157, 174) which serve Norfolk, Virginia actually get there? I mean on what track from Petersburg?

I ask as OSM's Amtrak routes become roughly complete with this missing segment (there are a few other minor missing segments around Chicago), at least to a rudimentary state of public_transport:version=1. Work has begun to convert these to public_transport:version=2, a major goal of USA Rail going forward. Another major goal is the completion of infrastructure (route=railway relations and associated tagging), which lags far behind Amtrak routes but still progresses nicely.

Amtrak status is at http://wiki.osm.org/wiki/Amtrak . Infrastructure status is ad hoc, noted for California at http://wiki.osm.org/wiki/California/Railroads but otherwise rather haphazardly documented (and completed).

Thanks in advance if you can route Amtrak to Norfolk or Union Station in Chicago,
