Wow, didn't think there was any of these left, though I'm aware of a similar situation in Victoria where my last visit (pre-9/11) was greeted with a sign on the top of the Government Street pier that said we needed to call 1-800-CAN-PASS. A customs officer ran down the street from one of the government buildings to meet us...
