I appear to be locked out of editing wiki.openstreetmap.org - this may be actually the first time that I've tried, I'm not sure.
I have an account on the Wiki, I know my password, and I can successfully bring up the interface that edits a page. I'm trying to create a page Import/Catalogue/NYC DEP Watershed Recreation Areas to present the formal plan for the import that I informally mentioned on this list a few days ago. When I try it from a desktop interface, I get the message: To protect the wiki against automated page creation, we kindly ask you to type the two words you see in the box below: but there is no box, nor are there two words, nor can I find any place to type them. I get the same symptoms on both Firefox and Chrome. When, instead, I try it from the mobile view, it allows me to enter the content, but when I attempt to save the page, I get Saving edit, please wait. and the circular icon goes round and round and round, with no effect. I suspect that an edit of this nature requires some sort of special privilege. If that's the case, whom should I ask for the page to be added? Once that's done, I want to make the appropriate row in the table in Import/Catalogue. Where do I go from here?
