Is there a conventional way to tag Rectangular Rapid Flash Beacons <https://safety.fhwa.dot.gov/intersection/conventional/unsignalized/tech_sum/fhwasa09009/>? These are effectively crosswalks with additional signage and user-activated flashing yellow lights. The crossing=traffic_signals tag seems more akin to a HAWK <https://safety.fhwa.dot.gov/ped_bike/tools_solve/fhwasa14014/> signal (similar to European "Pelican") and doesn't really work for RRFBs since there's no real traffic control.
