The Tampa/Clearwater building import [1] wiki page is available. Basically this import is to add building outlines provided by Microsoft [2] to aid in Irma Recovery efforts. It will use the Tasking Manager for the import process.
The import, like the Corpus Christi import, requires JOSM. For people familiar with JOSM, this is a fairly easy import. I expect to have the Project available shortly.
