Yep, I just got it working this morning. https://tasks.openstreetmap.us is Tasking Manager 3 and http://tasks2.openstreetmap.us/ points to the old version. Please don't make new projects/tasks on the old version.
I'll have to look into the contact details not updating. That indicates something is wrong with the database...
